1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be published on the website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. A purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer places and confirms an order in the online store after agreeing to these Terms.

4. Prices

4.1. All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).
4.2. Prices include VAT (where applicable).
4.3. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before order confirmation.

5. Payment

5.1. Payments can be made using online banking services (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas), Visa and Mastercard payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5.2. Payments are processed in Euro (EUR).

5.3. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

5.4. The payment service provider is Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, registry code: 12268475).

6. Delivery

6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

6.2. Delivery times are indicated in the product description or checkout page.

6.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.

6.4. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

7.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods.

7.2. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing via email.

7.3. Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

7.4. The Seller will refund payments within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.

7.5. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

8. Returns of Defective Goods

8.1. Defective goods are replaced or refunded in accordance with Lithuanian Civil Code and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

9. Seller’s Rights

9.1. The Seller may suspend website operations temporarily for technical or business reasons.

9.2. The Seller may cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability and will refund the Buyer within 3 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Seller is not responsible for product color differences caused by the Buyer’s monitor settings.

10.2. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages unless required by law.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in Lithuanian courts according to applicable law.
